The Clock Strikes Midnight

Saturday, October 18 the Silverbacks lost their first game of the season in a heartbreaking shoot-out that saw the Indiana Tornados get away with a 37-25 victory.

A great effort was turned in by the entire team and an equally impressive effort by the fans who braved the cool night air to come out and support their home team.

London set numerous records this season including becoming the first Canadian team to win an NAFL playoff game. Each year the team has improved in major leaps and the Silverbacks expect 2009 to be no exception, and with next season's tryouts just barely five months away the team will begin reworking and recruiting very soon.
